  During our search for a house remodel room addition, my husband and I researched and interviewed five General Contractors and Architect Design Builder. One of the five that really took the time with us, by answering multiple questions, was Rolf Bell. He was very personable, a great storyteller and we were impressed by him being a third-generation builder, ran superintendent projects for Habitat Humanity where he gained great project management skills, and Diamond certified. Once we decided to go with him, he referred us to an Architect. His main crew, subcontractors, and admin team were exceptional. The team cleaned up after themselves, very communicative, and we were very pleased with their work. The project took seven months which was a good time considering the amount of work, and we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new home with Green Living Builders. Tyrone and Mona Aubry

  We're so glad to have chosen Rolf Bell and Green Living Builders as the construction company for our backyard ADU cottage. Throughout the process we felt confident and knew we had made a good choice. Rolf and his crews and subcontractors were consistently prompt, organized, tidy and responsible, and always communicated well with us. We love our ADU! Thank you Green Living Builders!

  Green Living is owned and run by Rolf Bell. He is a caring, dedicated man, who does excellent work, treats his crews well, and has fun while engaging with his clients!! His staff are very experienced and responsible and clean. Also, he may try and get you on his community service build in Africa!! Rolf uses his skills to support others all around the world, who can otherwise not afford construction projects! Ask him about all the Habitat for Humanity projects he has led, or his support of our Tiny Homes for unhoused young adults in the Bay Area!! Also, Rolf's main foreman, Joel, is super kind, skilled and personable. His lead carpinter, Mohammed, is a high end skilled craftsman. Everyone Rolf uses on the construction sites have been vetted by him.
