  Dear Mister Chimney Team, This is the second time I have used your services, and I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the recent appointment ( the end of October), which involved multiple units. I absolutely enjoyed working with Martin and his crew. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and the person who assisted me over the phone was polite and scheduled us for the most convenient day for us which was much appreciated. The prices are reasonable. Martin arrived on time and was very professional, clearly explaining the process. He answered all our questions, provided helpful recommendations on maintaining the fireplace, and left the area spotless. I will definitely book future work with this team again. Thank you,

  GREAT service, reasonable price and very nice. Mister Chimney cleaned my woodburning stove chimney. They did a very thorough inspection and a very thorough cleaning.

  Martin and Adrian worked on our fireplace and chimney (including re-lining our chimney and installing a damper). We had called around different services but were very glad we picked them, as they were great to work with, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and clean. We really appreciated their attention to cleanliness. They had us move the rug as soon as they came in, as the installation work involved a wet mixture (concrete or ceramic?) and drilling and there was a lot of ash from the chimney. Before Adrian left he wiped/vacuumed thoroughly and cleaned the fireplace and surrounding areas so it was as clean as when they arrived. I especially appreciated that they were so quick, efficient, and thorough - home improvement projects can sometimes stretch over weeks or months in terms of work and scheduling and ordering parts. But from the time I reached out to when they completed the work on the chimney and fireplace took less than one week. That includes the time they spent ordering and then installing a part for us. I am so glad they were able to get our fireplace in working order so quickly and efficiently. We love our fireplace and have used it regularly without issue. Thanks Martin and Adrian for your careful work and your professionalism!

  Robert is so very very thorough, as well as the team. I had three guys here killing it and did a great job with the final product. My fireplace looks better now than it did before they started! I couldn’t of asked for better service, more professional individuals, and great personalities!
