He was very professional and punctual on the time the appointment was scheduled. He did the service and recommended that I do some things to make the unit last longer and running strong for the summer and he will be back in winter to make sure the heater is also working properly. I have recommended him to family and friends and they also were satisfy with his services. I would recommend his services to anybody looking for any AC/heating problems

The last company (no names mention) was uneducated on what they were doing and overall very pricey for the job that needed to be done with little knowledge on what they were doing. But after calling ARROWHEAD and talking to James he was very knowledgeable. And came out to my house to look at my equipment. And was able to find the problem quickly. And give me a quote .and even found other problems due to the last company I used once again (no names mention) , he even fixed that problem with no labor charge just the charge of $12 dollars. Which was only the price to get the piece he needed to fix that problem. Excellent job ARROWHEAD! I will definitely be spreading out your guys name to friends and family :)
