Showing pictures and the "you're a nice lady, here's the deal I can give you" I was definitely over sold the work I needed. Do NOT trust the pictures shown to you! Get a second opinion. My unit now sounds loud like a motorcycle when it starts up and no one has answered my many messages left with an AI for this or drilling hole left in bedroom. Other numbers have been disconnected. They all seem very nice and cordial but please, please get a second opinion.
