  We had some water damage that required our HVAC system removed and replaced to get the needed repairs done. Zach and Aiden were the technicians who came out to do the work. First, I’m not one to leave reviews but I felt these two more than deserved the time for me to write one. Zach and Aiden were very communicative and explained each step clearly. We had a lapse between the time they removed the equipment and the time they reinstalled it. I called them a day in advance, told them we were homesick and would love to try and get us ahead of schedule. Energy Solutions came through and got to work first thing the next morning. I was in between calls and before I knew it, they were done and testing all the equipment for a final walkthru. First thing I noticed was how clean the reinstall looked. I’m very appreciative when I see people take pride in their work and these two are two of the best. Thank you Zach and Aiden!

  We have a relatively new furnace that needed to be replaced during the summer heat. AC worked perfectly. Come fall the heater had rocky start. A couple of techs came out and the first time it seems like a fuse was burnt out so they replaced it and it worked for a few hours. They sent someone else out a couple of days later and he couldn’t figure out the issue and needed to escalate it. A few days later they sent out Daniel who was knowledgeable, professional, explained what he thought might be the issue in great detail yet in a way that I could understand. Really nice guy. Got the heater working and even left a couple of space heaters just in case we had issues over the coming weekend.

  I experienced Alex, our furnace, repairman, as friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious. I thought he was great.
