  Our HOA has been using B&K for years and years to repair, inspect and replace our roofs. Terry, the owner, is ethical, dependable and responds quickly in an emergency situation. Many of the condo owners have other homes where they have used B&K also for their stand alone homes. Carol in the office is pleasant and answers your questions.. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other bids we got. Below there is a list of pricing to choose from but we could check them all from small repair to major multiple building redos, so clicking any one price is irrelevant. I can not recommend this company highly enough .

  I have managed homeowners associations for more than 25 years and I have used B&K Roofing for just as long with most all my HOAs. Their customer service and the work they do is outstanding--and their prices competitive. Carol in the office works as hard as (owner) Terry in the field. If something isn't right, they will make it right without asking questions. This is a great company with great follow up.
