Truck # is s50625 , he would not give his name when asked. Middle aged hispanic man. Anyways we have over 200 residents here and this driver honks his horn every morning , and he gets to our facility before 6am. So he wakes up half the residents here I asked him nicely to stop the honking and call the front desk but he refused. So I called the 1800 number 3 days in a row and he continues to honk before 6 am, often times incessantly because of his impatience. Yesterday was day 3 and I was told I would receive a call from an operations manager but that hasn't happened so I am left documenting the issue here and on social media, as well as Yelp and possibly the BBB
