    Thunderbird Plumbing are the best plumbing company I’ve experienced. Thunderbird helped us replace our hot water tank quickly and provided the best options that would work for us. As part of that job they also help upgrade the installation with improved lines and proper expansion tank. From scheduling and communication reminders, they’re organized and on it. Everyone is responsive and professional, I highly recommend!!

    At 8:10pm Jan 2nd in Vic West, a thunderbird van driver without signaling almost turned right into our vehicle we had to swerve into the oncoming traffic lane to miss him. We honked the horn and the guy driving the van actually pulled the van over, got out and started confronting and swearing at me (female passenger) until my husband (6.5 got out of the vehicle) in which he promptly returned to his vehicle and drive along. You should all count yourselves lucky we’re not reporting the threats to the police.

    No hourly rate, they will give you a quote on-site for the work order which I didn't initially love. However, when the plumber (Toby) arrived he was incredibly helpful in laying out cost for the anticipated work and being pragmatic and flexible in approach. Overall, the work that was done was done quickly, professionally, and comprehensively and was able to be fit in same-day on new Year's Eve so I am very very happy with this service.

    We had Zach from thunderbird out to fix a leak. It was done quickly and efficiently with Zach arriving bang on time. While here we took the opportunity to have the tankless hot water system serviced and were helpfully directed to a fortis rebate to help with the cost of the service. Overall a positive experience and would recommend to others.

    Can’t say enough good things about Thunderbird Plumbing. The quote was explained in detail, but in plain English. Much appreciated Shaun! The crew, Cole, Ian, Deryck, and Nolan, were amazing! They were so friendly and easy to have around. It was like we knew them for years! Cole caught that two of our toilets were unsafe due to a recall - thanks Cole! That could have been a disaster if you hadn’t mentioned that! Since we couldn’t move out for the poly B removal, they made it extremely comfortable. They made sure every night that we had water and all amenities. Thank you! Marissa was easy to get in touch with to ask important questions. Huge shout out to Dale and his drywall crew! Amazing work and fast! Also want to mention Meera. She came in to take photos. Very professional! Thanks so much for the great job! We very highly recommend them for all plumbing and heating!!!
