What quick service (2 hours after calling) and came prepared to replace a broken spring on my garage door. Brian was very professional, laid out some options for new springs and ensured everything was working in tip-top form before he left. While Brian made the job look effortless and easy, I can say without hesitation that this is certainly not a job for the home handyman. What with powerful springs, purpose-built tools and a specific sequence of events to undo & reset the door, a whole lot of things could go wrong. Tedford also emailed me, texted me and Brian called within 10 minutes of arriving, left all the paperwork and we completed the payment while on site. What a treat - what service. You will not be disappointed with Tedford, and I hope you get Brian to help you out. Thanks Brian!

He was able to explain how both the seen & unseen parts all functioned, causing me to feel confident in the work that was being done. Avery arrived on time, kept me up to speed on everything he was doing, & was an absolute pleasure to have working on my garage door.
