  What an amazing experience with ServiceMaster Clean! They were on time and made sure that my carpets were super clean. Super friendly and if I had any questions they were answered. Will definitely be using again in the future, highly recommend.

  Do NOT work with this company! Our insurer forced us to work with them and it has been a nightmare. They can clean up water fine, but the line stops there. We had a washing machine leak that went into our hallway, kids playroom and bathroom. Service Master was called in by our insurer to deal with the water and estimate the damage and cost of repairs. At first they seemed ok, came right away had appropriate tools, first guys were nice but young. The guys leading the project seemed competent. From day 1 I said my biggest concern was the safety of my children as they were at home and their playroom was effected and I didn’t want them getting hurt. The senior guys assured me they had this covered we didn’t have to do a thing (when I asked if we should clear my children’s play room to make work easier), they said they were “bonded” and would take care of everything. The guys who came to remove the wet flooring and drywall moved our things out of our laundry room into my kids playroom (without asking or checking). In the process they ruined an original oil painting from a local artist, breaking crystal champagne flutes which were stored high above little children’s reach in our laundry room shelves and pinched the dryer vent causing the dryers heating element to burn out. The shelves were left free standing in the room and fell on our older son when he went to grab something off a shelf not realizing they were unstable. They left the baseboards with nails sticking out and the wet vanity and toilet sitting in the kids playroom as well as a box cutter blade on the ground where my 5 year old found it! Horrible communication, never came when they said they were going to and never ever finished the job or inspected what their people had done. When I finally got my own trades in to take a look they were not surprised and 3 different trades said they had seen service master botch jobs in the city. These guys may be able to set up fans and dehumidifiers but that’s it!! Update- I have emailed and spoken to the project manager who has not responded to any of my concerns and the insurance company said it was between me and Service Master unless I wanted to make a second insurance claim.
