Kevin, the service technician, was equally friendly and professional. I had a text message, advising me when he was on his way, and a link that allowed me to track the progress of his vehicle as he made his way to my home. Kevin got right down to business and identified the problem within minutes. He spent time explaining everything that needed doing - both what he was going to do to get it operating again, and what I needed to do as ongoing maintenance to keep it operating optimally. He gave me recommendations for future service that would maintain and optimize the operation of both components of the heat pump - the inside and outside units. I felt, from my first phone call, to Kevin taking things in hand and getting the heat pump going again, that I was in good hands. Five-star service from start to finish. Highly recommend.
