Dave our comfort advisor was informative and helped us choose what kind of heat pump and filters would work best for us. Mason and Casha installed the heat pump, they were very professional and we could tell they took pride in their work. Tom was a total rockstar who did the electrical upgrade and helped us out with other electrical work in our home, along with his apprentice Hannah. Overall the whole team was competent and we received very reasonable quotes for the work they did. I would recommend Sasquatch to my friends and family, as they can be trusted to take the care needed with your home.

We pay annually for warranty and yearly maintenance service and Theo performed our annual service today. Theo was on time and Sasquatch sent updates so I could track him as he neared our home. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Theo completed the annual service and communicated to me his findings in a clear manner. Well done Theo and Sasquatch Heat Pumps!

As with the original guys who came with the set up Theo was professional and polite and very informative about the use and cleaning and regular maintenance that we have been doing and could do more to avoid any damage to the pump. He took the time to show me the bigger unit and the intricacies of the coils and how to clean them. All the Sasquatch staff are excellent for sure. We certainly loved our cool house this summer and the heating aspect is very comfy as well. Thanks again guys and thank you Theo for your visit today.
