  Wayde too expensive. $700 for 2 hours of work on kitchen drain pipe clog. Almost no materials. I recommend you find a plumber that actually charges a reasonable hourly rate.

  Wade Roberts was very responsive when I called them to inform them that a previous dishwasher installation done by them, had not been done correctly. Their tech assessed the situation and sourced the right parts to finish the installation.

  The technician was highly skilled, competent, and respectful. He explained what needed to be done, kept his job space clean and informed me of the price right away. He showed up early and completed the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up after himself and test the system completely before he left. I would recommend your company to anyone who is in need of a plumbing company

  I recently completed a renovation of our main bathroom. Scott from Wade Roberts Plumbing was instrumental in the project being done correctly. The plumbing lines needed to be replaced in our crawlspace initially as they were old and had to be updated to PEX (I think that's what its called - the white pipes). Our crawlspace sucks and he had to work in some real austere conditions. The shower drain needed to be relocated slightly and the toilet water line had a leak and needed to be repaired. While he was down there working I had to get some stuff done above him (minor, no power tools) but still caused a bit of noise. He never complained. Once the work was done in the crawlspace we had to measure the shower control system to be exactly where we needed it for our travertine pattern. He installed a full shower system to include a rainfall shower head from the ceiling. His measurements were extremely precise and this was key as once the travertine was installed there was no turning back. His expertise lead to the successful completion of this massive project. We also had a leak in our main plumbing line that he was quick to quote and repair on the spot. Lastly, we had an outdoor farm sink installed which Scott also did at the tail end of the bathroom reno. Having to do it on a Friday, he finished the install early but then realized somehow the hot/cold taps got mixed up. Instead of just saying ah well its good enough, he drained the whole hot water tank again, moved it, redid the plumbing lines, and reinstalled the tank. This ended up taking an extra 2 hours. No complaints of having to work late of a Friday. The correspondence with the headquarters was also on point. They were always very prompt to return calls or book additional appointments. I called after everything was done to have Scott come back to double check the shower head wasn't leaking. While he was out he took the time to go back into the crawlspace of horrors and double check everything was good. He noticed a small leak in the shower drain and quickly repaired it. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this company. You can trust them to get the job done properly. If there are any issues along the way, they will back up their work 100%. Their pricing was also very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

  Scott was assigned to an emergency (Sunday & Christmas Holidays) repair by Wade Roberts to repair a burst water pipe in my crawlspace. He did an excellent job, was both personable and professional, and provided valuable extra feedback on my problem. Highly recommended!
