Curtis was great he did a great job installing my new hot water tank and answered all my questions and I was very happy with the job. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price was quite a shock, my hot water tank was under warranty so it was free to replace, the labour cost to install the new tank was more than double what my previous tank cost including installation.

Water heater was leaking on a Saturday, I called and the person I spoke to booked me an appointment that day including sending me an email confirmation and said someone would call me within 30 minutes. That never happened, even after I called two more times asking for an update. I ended up contacting someone else who attended, and I still have yet to hear from anyone in this company. Shocking really, will not recommend.
- CCConnieNov 2, 20255.0On the morning of Oct 31,2025, I called Wade Roberts Plumbing to obtain service for my lack of hot water and an incessant beeping from the flood alarm attached to my water heater. Wade was very empathetic and vowed to 'move mountains' to remedy the situation! After emailing me an invoice with a pre-visit guestimate amount, for me to approve, Curtis arrived at my home a couple of hours later with a new water heater in his truck, and pronounced my old one leaking and needing replacement. He proceeded to remove the old one and install the new one while answering my questions very conscientiously and courteously. Jay arrived shortly after to handle the gas part of the replacement and remove the old heater to take to a recycle place before it closed. Being a Friday, and Halloween on top of that, I was very thankful and appreciative of how Wade 'moved mountains' for Curtis and Jay to complete the work so I could have hot water again. I have had Wade Plumbing do other work in my home, and have always been very impressed with the work ethic, and the attitude of all of their employees. I don't hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing or heating work done. They are tops in my books!!
- RPRobert PicciniOct 24, 20253.0I certainly appreciated Jared’s opinion of the state of sewer pipe given the visual scope. However, the actual work by Sheldon was rather painful in that I needed to prompt him to get things done like the inside toilet on the first day! Then he went on about needing a town permit and how things could be delayed, which seemed rather odd because this was a repair job?? So I pushed back and then the response back from Sheldon was they didn’t need a permit and all good to go forward. Then there was one delay after the next in that getting parts for a simple water line leak took half a day. Then the last day Thursday wasn’t started until shortly after lunch with the delivery of the gravel. So really, what took three days, if resourced properly could have been two days! The final work was done right but from an efficiency and timing, things could have moved along quicker. Plus I felt Sheldon developed an attitude towards me asking him how things were progressing. He seemed to be defensive and sharp towards my asking him things. From my point of view I was under pressure too in that I had a scheduled flight to Toronto on Friday and I had my boat in temporary storage for this job to be done and I needed to get it back in my driveway before my flight! So I appreciate things worked out but certainly it could have happened quicker if pushed. Thx Robert & Mari
