With huge relief and appreciation, Roto-rooter came to our rescue at the end of their working day after a drain in our laundry room started to backup. The service was excellent from the compassionate fellow who answered the phone and the plumber, Mike who serviced the septic line problem. After Mike diagnosed and repaired the problem, he instructed us on how to better maintain the line leading from the house to avoid the grease clog that caused the backup. The afterhours fee was clearly stated and understood before Mike was dispatched. I would highly recommend this branch of Roto-rooter!
