Our only bathtub/shower had a bad clog, 6 other companies we contacted wouldn’t be able to show up the same day. Justin showed up earlier than expected and even though it was a tough clog he didn’t give up and got it running clear in an hour. Excellent service!! Thank you Justin!!

He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and walked me through his steps of troubleshooting which allowed me to gain some knowledge in the matter aswell. I would Definately have Dylan back for future repairs/renovations.

Mitchel was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the hot water heater replacement job including the replacement tank, the plumbing, the adjustments required for a proper installation of an upgraded model and all the while had excellent and pleasant communication skills with the customer. In addition he cheerfully answered every question the customer came up with regarding the plumbing systems in the house and how they worked ! An education that was a nice extra. Having a great plumber like Mitchel available was a real find and I will be asking for for Mitchel to handle all my future plumbing needs.

They send a text when the technician is on the way, and you can see how far away they are! Doug showed up. He was simply the best! He explained heat pumps to us (we knew nothing), explained our natural gas back up furnace (wait, that's why we have natural gas??), was up front about the pricing (very reasonable) and didn't hose us for unnecessary work. See you in 6 months for a cleaning Doug! Customers for life.
