Colin seemingly took permanent residence in front of our heat pump working on the cooling problems while Chantal was on the phone coordinating with us. Eventually Trish got involved and liaised directly with the manufacturer on our behalf and somehow convinced them to send a company rep to our property to resolve the issue. If not for their assistance, I believe we would still be boiling in the summer and freezing in the winter. Would highly recommend this company.

They were completely honest and told me it would be a good chunk of money. So it was decided that I instead it would be better to do so.e work on my airflow and ducting for me to have the results that I am looking for. I am saving a good portion of money. The guys are awesome.
