For someone who's supposed to work with the customers to close a sale, she could certainly learn some sales etiquette. After hearing what my husband and I were unsure of regarding the $9000 quote, and not being able to provide reassurance or fulfil the needs of our sale, she flipped to "well what's stopping you from the $20 000 purchase?" Uhhhh... $10000 !! Lady does not know how to close a sale. I feel bad for her technicians who go out and quote and provide great info, but when the customer calls to get down to the nitty gritty before signing a contract, this lady just throws the whole thing out the window. Not to mention she told us all furnaces are the same w a different sticker on them. Ok then why pay so much more for yours ? Goes to show you these companies do not care about you at all, they just want your $$. Greedy. Would not recommend.
