    We recently had the pleasure of using Big Valley Heating for a furnace repair, and couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received!! Nick, our technician, was very honest, friendly and did a fantastic job. Taylor, in the front office, was very polite, helpful and always kept us up to date - great communication. Big Valley was even kind enough to prioritize us, due to no heat, and squeeze us in quickly. Their pricing is also very fair. We will be recommending Big Valley Heating to all!

    Has been my go to for heat pumps and hot water tanks for 20yrs. They always complete the job correctly the first time. Their pricing is fair and in line with all the other quotes I received for my latest hot water heater. You won't find them first on a google search as they don't need to advertise around here. Everyone knows who they are. Highly recommend Big Valley!

    So happy we contacted Big Valley. Our fireplace needed attention and Nick arrived to sort it out for us. Very efficient and thorough, explained every item on the bill and what he did. Then we had him install a new hot water heater as we had every confidence in the job he did for us. Thank you Nick and Big Valley, you are now our go to place.
