He checked to make sure I was happy with location of the heat pumps and when the ducting was changed, it was done in a way that was intended to satisfy me. Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very thorough in his servicing of the equipment. Even our 2 large dogs took to him right away. We will have him back next year for same service. Mike was so easy to get along with and very courteous. I would highly recommend Exchangenergy and hopefully will be assigned Mike again.

I accompanied him during the inspection both downstairs and outside. He was friendly, thorough, efficient and explained everything and answered all my questions. Excellent service. Highly recommend Mike! We had our system newly installed a year ago, and I forgot to give a shout out to the installation team. Tristan and his team did an excellent job - efficient, tidy, knowledgeable, very approachable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend the service teams from Exchange Energy. From Sales (James) to Tristan and Mike. And I shouldn't forget Cody who serviced our old Maytag system a few years back. Well done!
