Arde was awesome in his knowledge, professionalism, and attitude. I’ve used a few different companies before in maintaining my furnace and have found other techs to not want to communicate with you. Arde was personable, gave sound advice on how to extend the life of the furnace and even gave the doggo good pets. 10/10 service, will request him again.

Pro Ace set up an appointment for us right away and communication with the company and Jordan was excellent. Jordan and the company let us know when he was on his way by text, email and phone call. We will definitely call Pro Ace Heating again whenever we have a problem with our heating.
- KHKeith Herle6 days ago5.0I highly recommend this company as providing an excellent heat pump at a reasonable price (far lower than a few competitors that are higher profile but higher priced!). And they stand by their work! My Trane heat pump was installed by ProAce a couple years ago when it was under a previous owner. During maintenance it was discovered that the installation was done in a way that caused airflow restriction resulting in potential decreased life span. The new management agreed to completely redo the installation in a horizontal orientation that took 2 days and fixed the problem. Hats off to Andrew and Liam who did the work, Roy in the office who coordinated it all, and Ray the Manager who agreed to deal with it all until it was fixed and I was happy!

They are one of the few companies I’ve found locally who have the certifications to service manufactured homes. Everyone from the call centres, service providers, and financing professionals were kind and took time to answer my questions. My situation was challenging and they moved mountains to make it work. I really appreciate all their extra effort. Special shoutout to Jordan, Rachel, Andrew, and Liam - thank you all for the great work you do!!!

Last year we had a major issue - Pro Ace was there to help us ASAP through it all - It's wonderful to have a company that you can rely and depend on. We have had excellent service- from maintenance to repairs to just about anything. Arde G was our tech this year- He was wonderful, aligned with the company's value and reputation. Great work, noted I needed a part replaced- which might cause problems down the road. Ordered, and installed next day. It was nice to see the same tech come and complete it - rather than just be a random number or customer to Pro Ace. I would recommend them and Arde- to everyone.
