  Rachael and her team have been fantastic to work with on 3 separate HVAC installation projects across two commercial properties. Working with Rachael is effortless — she handles coordination seamlessly, even when multiple contractors and visits are involved. Her communication is excellent, and she consistently ensures that everything stays on track and is completed to a high standard. The installation work by the ProAce team has always been done effectively. I highly recommend Rachael and her team for any HVAC project !

  Arde helped me with our furnace a few days ago and I would rate him 10 out of 5 stars if I could. There was a miscommunication over timing of the appointment so he waited 40 minutes for me. He was super nice and friendly. He was patient and spent a lot of time with me explaining everything I needed to know. We are new home owners so I knew nothing about the furnace. So he went over everything that was needed and we also talked about AC for future need. He also checked the furnace to make sure it runs smoothly for the rest of the year. I didn't knew anything about this company. It was kind of a blind booking hoping for the best but I couldn't be happier, and I 100% recommend them to friends and everyone. Specially their technician Arde.

  Our antique furnace from the 70's is a good old beast blowing a ton of hot air. We want to keep her running as long as we can. We requested a yearly tune up service. Our Pro Ace service tech Zach did a great job. He probed, scrubbed and vacuumed and gave us a full report including photos of the inside. I liked that he had me turn the furnace off and on so he could see it start up. He checked the gas pressure and did a soap bubble spray to ensure no leaks. 5 star service Zach!

  Our 11 month old continental furnace wasn't working properly so I called pro ace heating who installed it and Jordan a technician was sent out hours later to assess the problem. He determined that the thermostat was faulty but didn't have a spare on hand but hopefully tomorrow one would be sent here. I am very impressed with the prompt response and hopefully the new thermostat will resolve the furnace issue. The following afternoon a technician by the name of Hussein was sent here and after discussing some new information regarding the furnace issues he thoroughly inspected the wiring connections in the thermostat and the furnace and determined that a couple wires were improperly connected so he relocated them. He explained to me that the original thermostat was probably fine but to ensure my satisfaction he installed the new one. After the furnace operated through the night it ran perfectly. It actually behaves differently. It's quieter than it ever was. Thanks so much Hussein for your expertise and thanks to the team at Pro Ace heating.

  Mohammed really knows his stuff when it comes to furnaces. He showed up with holiday cheer, ready to tackle the installation. He offered a ton of helpful advice throughout the process. Honestly, he was incredibly polite and did a fantastic job. It's refreshing to see such good work. And his assistance also very good and hard worker. Yeah, Hussen was so good when he came to fix the furnace. He really knows his stuff, you know? He patiently worked through it, trying to pinpoint exactly what was wrong. It's always a relief when you find someone who's not only skilled but also takes the time to figure things out properly. He definitely got it sorted. Kelvin, the salesman, was incredibly polite and patient throughout the whole process. He really took the time to explain everything and made sure we understood all our options. It was a huge help having him guide us in finding the perfect furnace for our needs. Honestly, his assistance made a potentially stressful decision so much easier. We really appreciate his dedication and expertise. Thank you for the hard work during the Holiday.
