  I’ve used Professional Plumbing three times so far, and each time I’ve felt really well taken care of. The technicians they have sent have been super efficient and knowledgeable, which makes me feel confident that my problem will be fixed. Walter in particular is just wonderful. Incredibly polite (the kind of polite that would have your grandma send him home with homemade cookies), each time he’s taken the time to show me the broken part and explain why it wasn’t working as it should. Would highly recommend!

  Zero or negative stars. After promising that they would be there today and then called to say someone was on their way, they called to cancel. Very unprofessional.

  The exterior faucets in my old home were so corroded that they we useless. I took my chances cold calling and was very happy that Professional Plumbing had someone available within an hour. I was thankful for this availability because I had to shut the water off at the main when the valve slipped and would not shut the water off at the hose. The technician Steve was polite, professional and quickly addressed my need for new exterior faucets. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

  Thank you plumber Steve for fixing the issues at the barbershop apartments. I was close to passing out from stress and dehydration that day and it was calming to see someone I knew instead of some misc plumber. Thanks man...👍
