Troy is personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took his time to first thoroughly service my system and then patiently explained in layman's terms what was done. Not being versed in this type of tech, I now feel I have a clearer understanding of how my system works. Troy is an asset to Goettl and carries himself professionally, honestly, and with integrity.

The online scheduling was easy and they send text notifications with a live map so you know exactly when they’ll arrive. Julian and his team (Joey, Jeran, and Alonso) are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and worked hard to get us back up and running as quickly as possible. Upon completion they send a detailed email with pictures.

But it was the technician Joe ( Joseph Rubio) who came out that made us choose goettl for the installation. He was prompt, professional and explained everything clearly. There was a part that was needed and Joe not only got the part but because I shared I wanted to get it fixed before my dad got out of the hospital he came and completed the installation on his day off without a second technician. He showed up right on time and was quick and efficient and made this process so much less stressful! Thank you Joe for your phenomenal service!

He replaced my toilet and I was very happy . He was kind, polite, and kept me informed. He did a wonderful job. This happened on New Year’s Eve day. Even with the upcoming holiday I knew Goettl would come. Thank you John and the customer service folks at Goettl . Everyone was great.
