Very quickly got to the business of diagnosing the illness and quickly gave the unit a slight booster of refrigerant and the unit was back to its normal, cooling and quiet self. Excellent work, response time was exceptional on a Friday afternoon and Josh knows his business. Thank you sir and if I ever need to replace these 2 units you installed 6 years ago I will be calling you!
