They have some shorter mini-splits which worked well for the small space where we were trying to mount it. It stopped working relatively soon after install, which had me concerned that the whole unit was a lemon. I called for repair and they got someone out to fix it quickly. Noah was polite, efficient, and fixed the problem at no cost. The unit is fine and working well again.

We had a new A.C. unit installed by Cool Willy's a few months back and their service has been great and all of the people we've interacted with from this company have been great and very informative.

I was also impressed with the care he took in preventing tracking dirt into my house. This is definitely worth mentioning considering that the plumbing and electrical contractors which have been in my house recently not only left debris and scraps from their jobs, but they tracked drywall bits and dust everywhere.
