  First time using A1 and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer! Long story short, my garage door decided it had enough and blew or broke every piece of it while going up the other day. Called A1, Daniel came out and was able to maneuver the door enough for us to get the car out and from that point he id’d every install flaw and broke down for us what was wrong. We decided to replace the entire setup to include the door. He explained every detail, cost breakdown, schedule, and everything. 3 days later we had an install appt. Cody was our installer. He made sure all of our questions were answered and called me when he wanted to ensure we were on the same page. He absolutely killed it! Daniel and Cody made the process super easy and they both have a ton of pride in their work which I have a ton of respect for. If you need your garage door replaced, call A1!

  Robert, the A1 technician, called before both appointments and arrived on time. He gathered all pertinent information regarding our needs and wants for a new single car garage door. He discussed options with me and my wife while on the phone with a supervisor, and the four of us created a plan, including cost, to schedule a door replacement the next day. I highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service for their professional and friendly service.

  A1’s Technician, Matt was thorough in his assessment of our aging system, walked us through the repairs and maintenance necessary and provided us with reasonable options. Once we agreed upon what was needed he completed the work quickly and walked us through everything he had accomplished. Finally he took the time to show us how everything worked and how to pair the new equipment to our phones. Our entire experience was professional and actually transparent both are vanishing qualities.

  I recently purchased a new garage door from A1. This was the second door I’ve purchased from them (2 separate properties) and I believe repeat service tells you that I had great experience with them and loved their product and service. Because I was a repeat customer, they worked with me on price as well so I got a great deal on the second door. Loyalty from a company is rare these days and A1 is fantastic in their loyalty. Today, I had a technician come out to fix an issue which wasn’t even really under their purview (original trim pulling from house) but they fixed it under the warranty and it looks great. When the technician called to tell me he was on the way, he said he was stopping for gas and even asked if I needed anything, like a cup of coffee. Such a simple gesture that speaks volumes about their customer service. The technician, Kevin Berry, said he does this all the time. I can’t enough good things about A1 Garage…from their loyalty, customer service, and great product. I highly recommend them.

  I scheduled an appointment for between 10AM-1 PM. It was 12:45pm and I had not heard anything from the company. I made a call to the company to check if someone was still coming to my residence. They told me that the technician was running behind from his last job and would be here the latest at 1:30pm. This is not a problem for me as I understand things can run behind. But at 2:15pm I still had not received a text that the technician was on their way so I called the company again and they told me the technician was running behind for some reason, but they didn’t know why. I was frustrated at this point because I had another appointment out a side of my residence this afternoon. Both of these times the company did not reach out to me to let me know the technician was running behind. The second time I called the customer service representative just suggested that I reschedule. I believe it is unprofessional to not have heard anything from the company not once but twice. Another strange thing is they would not give me a quote for two remote garage openers. I understand that prices can fluctuate, but I asked if they could even give me a range as I knew the make and model of the remote I needed. They told me that they have to get to my residence and do an inspection of the garage door and the remotes needed, but not to worry because they waive the fee for coming to my house. This does not make any sense to me. I would not recommend this company to family or friends.
