  I had Tucker Hill out today to unclog the laundry room drain for my washing machine. The tec also replaced the hot water valve as it would not close all the way. This work went well and I was satisfied. I also asked the tec to inspect my whole house water filtration system. This system was installed by Tucker Hill a year and a half ago. The first thing he did was test the water pressure before it went into the filter. He explained that it was 92 psi and that I needed a pressure reducing valve for 1200$. This may be so but why was it not told this when the system was originaly installed. Also he did not inspect the filter like I asked, just the water pressure before it went into the filter.

  I wouldn’t have written a review, but having not reached out directly (I was routed by Angie’s list in a sneaky way - called a local electrician and somehow they forwarded my name), the level of correspondence is what I’d consider to be harassment. 9 Text messages, 7 emails and I don’t know how many phone calls as I started ignoring them, just to get a quote is a little much. The only reason I’m not giving them 1-star is because the technician, TJ, was very nice and professional, but he lost that job due to the company’s antics.

  I contacted this company for a quote on a minor repair. Jason arrived on time and was polite and professional. He quickly provided detailed information and also diagnosed a major issue with my water heater on site. Repairs were completed within 24 hours and Jason gave the best installation we could ask for. Highly recommended and I will be a long time customer!

  I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with Tucker Hill and Jason the plumber. First, I was charged over $300 for replacing three shut off valves in one of our bathrooms. During the install, Jason moved our toilet and caused it to leak. He came back and charged use $400 to fix it (it was his fault). I did some research and found out that Jason overcharged us. On top of that, two of the three valves leaks (see photos). I will be reaching out the BBB, State of AZ and Plumbing Association. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

  We have had a Tucker Hill “Membership” for a couple of years. They came out just 2 months ago to do a service check on our 8 year old Heat Pump roof AC/Heater. The sent Eduardo out this week to check it again. All of a sudden, the unit is “on its last legs” a during his hour long synopsis of the “problems” he spouted just about every AC failure in the book, along with nonsense that “when this part fails it will blow up your entire electrical service panel for the whole house” (what are circuit breakers for?), that the system pressure was low (he said he didn’t check any levels early on in the hour), that the compressor was going metal to metal (is that even possible with a scroll compressor) and the system hadn’t been properly maintained for years. Tucker Hill has been maintaining it for years - so he says Tucker Hill is no good? Eduardo is a high pressure, unreliable “tech” who makes us want to dump Tucker Hill entirely. We decided NOT to spend nearly 14,000 on a new system this year, thank you very much, and will probably sever all contact with Tucker Hill.
