And none of the other fans in my home have a sway to them. Now it is swaying quite a bit. I was told by TJ that Tucker would not come back for something like this. It was swaying touch when he left and now it is worse. I like Tucker and the way they have treated me and worked with me.

Joshua needs to work on telling his customers exactly what he needs to do and if something changes to let them know. He stated he needed to go into the house to check on the hot water but then never needed to do this. Frustrating since I had to close my dog away for no reason. Other than that, I appreciate how well the service went and how honest he was with how often the maintenance needed to be scheduled, not every year but every three.
