- NTN. Taylor5 days ago5.0Matt Z., the tech that came out to complete my bi-annual tune-up, was the best! He's friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and GENUINELY a caring person. When he had completed the tune-up and was providing advice for the preventive maintenance that needs to be done soon I actually felt heard when I told him I just couldn't afford it right now. He wasn't pushy or suddenly in a hurry to wrap things up, like many other techs. He continued to be friendly and conversational. BUT... he did tell me, as we were finishing up the appointment, that when I am ready he will help by bundling services to make the cost more affordable. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal to some folks. But I know that timely preventive care is what will make my unit last an extra 5 - 7 years. So by not pressuring me and then still offering the extra help when I can afford it made it a BIG DEAL to me.😁 👍 Thanks Matt Z!!

He was knowledgeable about our home system and even suggested optimum ways to save on our energy use. He was also very quick during his visit.

He found that a part needed to be changed He explained the need of repair and the price. He explained what was going to happen eventually if I chose not to repair that part. The part was repaired that same day and data after the repair was shown to me . After the repair the starting amperes were in the recommended range Next time I will request him again !!! Thank you Matthew
