He was polite, timely and patient with all our questions. He did a great and thorough job explaining the system to us and its current performance and condition. We were very happy with this semi-annual visit.

The line is located inside the condo not outside. Seemed very strange that the same line would get clogged in a two month period. I think the price for coming out again to do the same job should have been at a much reduced rate or under warranty!
