  Your day can be ruined by a broken garage door, but fortunately, the repair was quick and reasonably priced. The team quickly identified the problem and got it functioning like new. Extremely kind, professional, and reasonable prices. Strongly advised!

  Been a customer of Cookson for 5 years. I have them come every year to do maintenance on our garage doors. So when we needed a new motor and door installed, I called them. Receptionist told me to leave a message for the sales person. A week passed, no call. I called again, and was told again to leave a message for the same person. Couple weeks went by and again didn't hear anything. Called again and explained to the receptionist that I wasn't getting a call back. She told me all I could do was leave another message. I ended up calling another company who gave me a price and had everything installed in less than 5 days. I won't be returning to Cookson.

  Michael Dryer at Cookson Doors is awesome to work with. We had a garage door that kept giving us problems. Mostly due to age. It finally collapsed one day. I had seen Michael on FB and he was a former Charger like me so I called him. We went to his shop and picked out an awesome door. Since it was different then most in the neighborhood, it looked like wood with barn straps on it. We had to get HOA approval. He helped us through the process with no pressure. After it was approved it was installed in a timely manner. It has held up really well so far and the new opener they sold me works so much better then the old one. It also has a safety feature where the code or frequency changes all the time so it is harder to be broken into. I am really happy I found them and will use them for our next door needs. Highly recommend them and especially Mike!
