The job was completed quickly! We had two other bids by local contractors and Surprise Flooring was far more reasonable than the others.. My advice is to get competitive bids and make sure one of the bids are from Surprise Flooring! You won't be disappointed!

We are just as satisfied this time. I received several bids and Jim always has the best price. Doesn't try to up sell things you don't need. His installer Kris is a true artist laying the the LVP. He's very experienced and takes his time to make sure everything is done right. He knows how to make a perfect pattern, carefully moves furniture/appliances, and cleans up nicely each day. His work painting and putting down new trim was amazing. Couldn't be more pleased with the product and the work that was done.
