- TSTerry SottMar 12, 20245.0Had Native Sun custom build a fence and gate for my side yard into the backyard so my Standard Schnauzer would not get into the side yard and then out through the next gate. Existing gate and side fences are 3' high and the new gate and side fences are 6' high. Took a couple of months to construct it, but once the concrete sets I will be able to remove the existing gate. It was quite a job to dig the footings down because the soil here is full of large rocks. The new fence isn't secured to the house on one side or the block fence on the other at the top, so I asked them to fabricate a couple of brackets so the top of the fence would be more secure once tied to the house and fence. I will install these myself when the brackets are completed. I didn't notice that they had the latch on the inside of the date with it swinging in. (It was designed to go the other way) They obviously put the sides in backwards. Not a big deal since the gate swings in instead of out towards the front. Even if the dog jumps and hits the latch, the gate shouldn't open. Since the panels are set in concrete and I didn't see the gate swing direction until they were done it was too late to correct or say anything! Oopsie! ;-) I had also called First Impression Iron Works and their quote was almost $2k higher for the same thing. Native Sun did a good job.

- LBLise BrownJan 4, 20213.0the door is nice but it isn't fitting correctly and has taken a while for them to fix it. Every time I call im told they are short handed and my name goes into a folder. I finally went in and spoke with them. They sent someone out but he couldn't correct the problem and said to call and reschedule. So my security door still doesn't close.
