The "Wrong Way" would have cost us close to $9,000 in repairs! Vista Pros was about 50% less. Not wanting to save a sinking ship, we decided to get a whole new unit. These people are very fair, honest, and above all the most professional team one can find in Sierra Vista. Marquise and Robbie were my first contact, and were both professional, as well as very knowledgable. Angela and the Office Staff provided awesome customer service, providing us with answers to all of our questions. And finally, the Installation Team of Marco, Leo, Nacho and Leo were all great to work with on the big day. They left the work areas spotless, and went over all the operations with me. I actually enjoyed watching them work and they weren't opposed to my curiosity questions regarding the unit they were installing. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was satisfied with they're work. To cap it off, Jacob came in and showed us everything regarding our new A/C unit and ensured it worked properly. Great team from Vista Pros....the ladder part....Pros....they personified the word in every way. Would recommend 100%. Great job team and thanks for everything

Options were always communicated and no pressure. The installers were just fantastic! Ty and Kendall were respectful and friendly. They work as a well oiled machine. Kendall did whatever needed to be done at the time. Ty was diligent in making sure he was on top of things. They both answered any questions I asked. When they left no evidence of them being there was left except a new system. Leo did a great job with the start up and communicating my warranty with options. From the phone calls with Yazzie, Andrea,Olivia and Amanda and the install crew I highly recommend them if service is your priority.
