I contacted two other companies, and the salespeople with whom I spoke couldn’t be bothered to find out if the material was obtainable. In contrast, Laurie of Closet & Storage Concepts went out of her way to find out if she could source the specific material (yes). Furthermore, she kept us apprised of progress throughout the project, and had the closets installed in a timely manner. She personally supervised the installation. Finally, it appears that the workmanship is flawless.
