I explained I were building a new home, located in another state. She listened to my preferences, and immediately showed possibilities consistent with those preferences. In other tile showrooms, I have had the experience (more than once), where the showroom staff showed me what they thought I should like. I brought my husband back in a week later to show him my two preferred choices installed. Again, Sandy spent lots of time with both of us. She is very knowledgeable and gave us great ideas to consider in making our final choice. When I write a review, even a positive review, they are usually brief. Sandy was so exceptional, I felt compelled to give more detail. Thank you Sandy!
