Shared several suggestions on maintaining our doors and discovered a few enhancements toward extending the life of the opener. Provided a fair estimate of work and material, considered our Veteran status, was professional, respectful, courtious throught our visit. It was a pleasure meeting him and having him in our home. "HATS OFF TO NICK"!!!

- JZJim ZOct 25, 20255.0I am not sure where these other people came up with these bad ratings. I heard about them on Am radio in May of 2025. A 29 point inspection and standard wheels for a great price. At my Phoenix house Christopher Harvey was the tech I explained to him I would only be here 5 more years and he said no problem lets just stay with the special. I hired them again for my Prescott house 2 garage doors. Robert Waren and Branaghan Cunninham the techs showed up as one was in training. When they discussed the life time rollers and springs price I almost fell down. As a I am am a Do It Yourself guy, an Information Technology guy, an my good friend owns a handy man company. I am their worst nightmare as I know the cost to do what they do. Now the good news I got a very good deal on the rollers and 29 point inspection. They explained to me and showed me why I need the springs. Then showed me how bad of shape they were in, the cable was old but not fraying, the roller that holds the cable was replaced, the double door had a plastic bearing which they replaced with a solid metal one. Yes it was pricy. I saw my dad almost lose his hand replacing the spring on his own. I have successfully replaced a spring on my own too. Robert Waren and Branaghan Cunninham no relation to Richie, did it so precisely, and the parts they used were top quality. Could I have done on my own for cheaper NO. Could I have found an other company to do it for cheaper maybe. There is no way to get the service, professionalism, and quality any where else.
