Now, 1 1/2 years later, I couldn't figure how to work the remote.. do yourselves a favor, don't get old! I called Anna and left her a message, she called me back and said she was sending Matt out to help me.. He knew immediately what my problem was, and after changing the batteries in my remotes, he drew me a diagram of the remote which is now hanging on the wall.. So grateful for his help.. He then left without charging me for the help.. Great company to work with..
- BLBob LoskillDec 5, 20255.0From the initial appointment to review my needs to the final touches, all of Jungle Cat's employees did an outstanding job. I had a replacement of my gas package unit for my 970 square foot home. The old unit was removed and a new 3-ton Goodman was installed. Matt, the owner, was very thorough in the description of the job. Anna responded back with all of my questions. Nick and Aaron did a wonderful job on the installation. Nick went out of his way to the point that once the job concluded, he went back to the shop and crafted metal to go around the unit and seal it from the elements. The entire group was friendly and professional. Finally, cost is always a consideration. I had a total of four bids for my project as I had the time and past experience to understand the task at hand. Jungle Cat was easily the least expensive. I highly recommend Matt and the team at Jungle Cat!
