Had it “cleaned” a months and a half ago by the same company and today the system stopped working. I was so worried about who to choose to come out on a Sunday to get us up and running again and a game plan on what we can do going forward after the experience I have had all summer but I took a chance on Island Breeze based on their reviews. I am so glad I went with them, Angel was our technician, he listened to everything that we’ve been through and made me feel confident he was knowledgeable and experienced. He quickly got to the issue and gave us several options and ultimately got us up and running again without having to make a decision on more expensive cleanings right away without knowing if there was something more nefarious going on besides dirty coils. We now have our system back running and a game plan to move forward. Will definitely continue doing business with this company and particularly Angel, going forward.
