From the time we walked into the sales office, we were greeted with a warm smile & a huge hello from Shana Andrew. She made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. She has walked us through every step of the home building process. Shana has answered every question we have & has given us information we didn't think of. She keeps us up to date with the progress & sends us pictures of anything new that has been done on our home. Shana is extremely knowledgeable on the product she sells. We are so very happy to be working with Shana for our new home build. The superintendent, Troy Claudio, has been great to work with & continues to keep us up to date on the progress of our home build. He answers any questions we have & he gets things done. He & Shana work hand in hand. What a great experience we have had so far.

In addition, I think there are better ways to judge performance (like overall sales). However, in this case I am making an exception because Rebecca is an outstanding individual with two ears that takes the time to understand her customers needs. She is very well versed in the home options, available lots and surrounding community amenities. Rebecca made the selection and purchase of our home a pleasurable experience and continues to provide valuable assistance after the sale.
