  We had a water leak problem. Odyssey from Dryrite Restoration came out yesterday to evaluate everything and did a really great job. They were very professional and experienced, knew exactly how to handle it. They explained everything clearly and took their time. You don’t see customer service like this very often.   Odyssey and his team came quickly and were super thorough and professional throughout the entire experience. He was easily reachable with communication via text and call and he handled the insurance agent every step of the way for us. He even came after his work was done to lay down plastic flooring for us while our house was upside down so we didn't track the dirt and residue from the concrete all over the house. Great company and great team!
