We were taken care of right away by Kya when we contacted the office. She scheduled us right away with Don who came out and patiently listened to my concerns. He got on the phone with the manufacturer Navien and we waited on hold for 20 mins just to be hung up on. We tried again and after another 10 min hold we got someone who was rude but Don patiently dealt with them to get a diagnosis and parts overnight delivered. The next day Kevin was sent out and installed the new parts and we had hot water again...yay!! No more boiling water on the stove and bathing...lol. The next day isn't went off again....no!!!!! That's okay because Kooline once again came to our rescue and got it going again. Needless to say you dont think much about your hot water anymore these days but if you ever have an issue dont hesitate to call the folks in aqua blue....Kooline to the rescue. Oh yeh by the way we also got a follow up call to ensure we were ok....who does that anymore these days.

From the caller who set the appointment and then happily helped me reschedule for another day, to the friendly reminder of the appointment, the the tech who called when he was in his way, then showed up early and stayed late to make sure he completed everything throughly, to the professionalism and knowledge of Mike who performed the work and the billing process at the end. Everything was as good as I've ever experienced and I would not hesitate to recommend Kooline to anyone who needs plumbing or HVAC service. Did I say 5 STAR? I MEANT 6 STAR!
