  This used to be the tru-value. Now, it's building supplies for most of the white mountain area. You can buy retail there too. I went in for some gable vents. It was not a huge selection, but I found what I needed. They have a very helpful crew. Between this company and Ace hardware. Heber is good with maintenance hardware stores.

  So I called asking for heat tape, the girl who answered the phone said "I think we have it"...I waited for her to finish with "let me go check" but she never did. So I actually had to ask her if she could go check. I was on hold for about 5 min when she came back telling me there was heat tape and I said thank you and she just hung up. That type of rudeness is unprofessional. Sorry I asked you to go look, thought it might be apart of your job?? Then we get there and a guy( with glasses) has no idea what we are even talking about. He is talking about the pool noodle type installation, he has no idea what we are needing. Very negative experience, good customer service will keep a customer coming back but if that's not the goal then you have the right people working here.
