- AJAndrea JackDec 3, 20251.0Worst experience I have ever had with a builder. We went through 3 different "supers" the home of course was rushed at the very end to meet the closing date. Interior paint color is absolutely horrible. They used flat paint in the kitchen and bathrooms "their standard" they said. Items were fixed eventually but of course one year is up and now have plumbing issues which they will not cover because we never had them within our first year. Between my mother and I we have built 10 different homes throughout Arizona and have never had any experience even close to this. I Would never buy from this builder again

No matter what the question, concern was....he ALWAYS took pride & care in getting us answers. It is very rare in this environment find such a caring & kind & knowledgeable person.
