This last visit was to swap out the filters. The tech was on time and completed the job quickly. Communication was good prior to the visit.

She was able to get me a same day appointment. Eroy from Rite Way called to let me know when he was on his way to my house which allowed me time to get other things done. He diagnosed the problem with my AC unit quickly and had the part to get it fixed rite away. He was kind and courteous and took the time to answer my questions. I know who to call next time my AC goes out!
