  Francisco was amazing. I was able to call this morning to schedule same day service for a clogged kitchen sink. Francisco answered all of our questions and explained everything going on. We were able to get our disposal replaced and he ensured the pipes were clean. 10/10 service I’m thrilled to have a plumber I trust now.

  Great experience! I called at 10 AM on New Year’s Eve. I was given a service window between 12 and 3. The tech was in my parking lot by 11:40. Saxon was the tech who was assigned, and he was absolutely wonderful! Polite, professional, kind. There was an issue with the shower handle in my son’s bathroom, I knew it needed to be replaced with the original trim, which I had gone out and bought earlier. Saxon actually tried to just tweak what was on there first to make it work - he could’ve just defaulted right to the replacement. 10/10 For service, I would rate higher if I could. The pricing was a little high, but that wasn’t his fault, And honestly, I was just grateful to have my son’s shower working again within a couple of hours on a holiday. It was leaking a steady stream, so the water bill could’ve been catastrophic if it had gone on. we’ve had issues with that Shower before, and once I told him all the details of what has gone on before, he knew exactly what was going on. He also gave tips to prevent this from happening in the future. Saxon is a gem of an employee! I hope to not need plumbing services again, but in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Benjamin Franklin.

  Francisco Vega and his assistant plumber were absolutely fantastic! Very thorough and informative and did not rush us through our questions. They came to my parents home to help diagnose the cause of low water pressure. They located the problem and then broke it down into laymen’s terms for my elderly mother to understand. Isiah the scheduler was very pleasant and helped to book us a consultation less than 24 hours from when I called. I highly recommend these guys!

  In general, customer service is a dying breed, but not the service technicians at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I wanted to surprise my wife with a water softener for Christmas. I knew from my previous interactions with lead technician, Francisco Vega that I would not be disappointed. Francisco came to my residence a week before Christmas to make arrangements for the installation. He and his colleague, Joseph, arrived promptly at the time agreed upon (the day after Christmas) to do the install. The entire installation took about five hours, but it was as seamless as possible. Upon completion of the install, Francisco answered all questions we had and gave us the peace of mind that we had made a great investment. I can confirm that the soft water feels great on our skin and the reverse osmosis water (also installed as part of the package) tastes amazing! Hats off to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, but mostly to the quality technicians they employ.

  We’ve been with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for about a year and it has been the service we’ve long been looking for. Their subscription allows for efficient maintenance and pricing that doesn’t hurt your pocket. Today, Francisco helped us with identifying troublesome areas in our tankless water heater during a routine flush, and then walked us through the options on how to address the concerns, with respect and professionalism. Answered all questions without rushing. I felt well informed and taken care of. He was not pushy or trying to upsell us, allowing us to make the decision based on the facts presented. The job was done very quickly and professionally. Highly recommend to ask for Francisco next time you call for service!! Thanks.
