- MHMichael HansonDec 31, 20253.0Good place to get decent lumber & the front office is great however that’s where good service ends, after purchasing your lumber, they tell you to pull up on the side of the building and stand at the gate and they will start pulling your order. It’s my experience that half the time that doesn’t happen and you stand at the gate for 20 or 30 minutes before a forklift driver pulls up and is like is anybody helping you? Just never a fun experience and takes far longer than it should

Not one person could acknowledge me when I walked in the door even though there were 5 employees at the front. Walked around for over 45 minutes trying to look at options and still no one could offer any assistance. Walked out and will never go back. They must be doing great because they didn't need my order of 33 windows and 15 doors.

Their sales team and installers worked together to get measurements and make recommendations for other windows since we were already going to have the installers out there. In the end we bought 9 windows, and they were installed in less than a day! Our tenant sent us detailed photos of the inside and outside afterwards and the drywall and stucco repairs were done well and seamlessly. You can't even tell some of the windows were replaced if you didn't know! We live out of state but the entire process was smooth and worry free. We would recommend working with Arizona Building Supply if you need new windows.

By mid December I called (several times, because they never return your calls!) only to find out that there had been 'breakage' and so we waited and waited again. In February I called again to be told they would be in by the end of Feb! They never returned my calls when I called the end of Feb. to find out what was going on. I finally had to go to their location! They said 'there must be a problem with that manufacturer....did I want to re-order with another brand?' Ummmm after waiting nearly 5 doors. NO. I will tell everyone to go any where else but R&K doors! Horrible customer service.
