The tech could easily do the job in an hour. I live 8 miles out of flagstaff so drive time is minimal. Technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Price is an absolute rip off. Should not have cost more than $150.00, very easy repair for a professional.

He also did a tune up on our garage which needed it since it was so loud when opening and closing. He is very professional and knowledgeable! The new keypad works great but it has a slide up lid type which I don’t prefer. Branaghan has been super helpful and is working on helping me switch it out to an easy flip lid or a weather resilient non-lid Lift-master keypad. Super pleased with the service and would highly recommend! Thank you Branaghan! :)
