The scheduling was quick and efficient (spoke to a real person and no annoying phone trees or long times on hold). We had an ant problem and requested an exterior door threshold and weather stripping job but Luis evaluated the situation on arrival and recommended an alternative solution without the fuss saving us money (we only paid the modest service call fee that would have been waived had we elected to still proceed with the intended job). We’ll be using them in the future when other jobs are needed and will be requesting Luis if he is available.
