Buying a new home always has its challenges, especially when having a new home built in another state. My experience with builder Wm. Ryan, sales agent Rebecca and superintendent Jon was positive. Rebecca & Jon went out of their way to accommodate my schedule since I was traveling between states. They kept me informed of the building process through text, email, calls and pictures. My calls were returned in a timely manner and my many questions and concerns were addressed & resolved, even after business hours. I was treated like a friend or family member not just another client. I was reassured that any issues or concerns will be corrected after my move-in. The home was completed on time. From the very first meeting with our sales advisor, Rebecca Tychsen, I knew we would be in good hands and she quickly became a friend. She truly cares about her home buyers and walked us through the process from start to finish. For an out of state buyer this was a huge plus and if a problem or concern arose she quickly listened and resolved whatever the issue was. We also met the construction manager, Jon Cambern, who quickly lived up to his reputation from people we had met in the neighborhood as being the “best” and we have found that to be true also. We got calls from Rebecca and Jon on our home’s progress every two weeks without fail. Our home was completed ahead of schedule and we couldn’t be happier, plus we are very happy with the selections we made at the Design Center with the help and patience of Julie.
