Loved the weekly updates. Since we have moved in she has checked in on us to make sure things are good. Rick the superintendent was very thorough explaining how things were arranged in the house. Highly recommend William Ryan Homes
- DCDiana ConchasDec 5, 20251.0Make sure you get an inspection and get the constant new contractors to show up to fix the issues they mess up when they give you keys. We have been living in our home for almost 2 years now and we’re still having to deal with issues. They are inconsiderate of your schedules and contractors show up when they want and constantly do a “no show” but they only schedule when they want to regardless of our own schedules. So to avoid it all together make sure you do your checks right away because we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and yet here we are years later. Just waiting on final paint that they have been delaying and now I still have to wait 4 days even though I’m about to give birth any day- but do they care ? No. They just do what they please.
