I didn't realize during my first call that this company does not fix the issues I was having. Sadly, the lady on the phone didn't know that either. I asked her to send me an email so I can reply with images of my issues and schedule a time for someone to come out. Fast forward to today and I didn't get an email. I called back after hours and got a return call this morning. A man on the phone informed me that his notes from the prior interaction didn't align with what happened nor do they work on my two issues I had. So I ended up waiting to call other people due to the inaccuracies of this company. I was blunt in my thoughts on the issue, but never called names or degraded anyone's character. I simply wanted to hold them to account. I was told she was a new employee and was insulted by the man on the phone and hung up on. It was Incredibly poor customer service via scheduling and phone. Do not use this company as they dismiss mistakes on their end without apology or reconciliation while insulting their customers due to their own impatience and quality. The lady at first. He knew what he was doing for my job, which was setting to clothesline poles taking down some heavy chimes for the winter, and flipping two concrete birdbath poles over for the winter so they won’t freeze and crack. When something else needs doing that is outside my ability, I’ll be calling back!

We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.

Depends on the project, we estimate each type of project with the craftsman who has that skill set to your particular project.
