- CCCasFeb 14, 20225.0I had an oven fire that caused black smoke to roll out of the top of it and require my kitchen to be totally cleaned and repainted. My insurance wanted me to buy a new stove range. I loved mine and didn't want to replace it so I called on ERS. They brought it back to brand new and were honest enough to suggest that I get a new microwave rather than them clean it as it could have problems much later from the smoke. They were professional, kind, and on time. In a time of crisis, they were a blessing. I cannot say enough good things about them and their price was very reasonable for picking it up (an hour away), cleaning, reinstalling it.
