- JHJustin HughesOct 21, 20255.0They did a good job. I had a complete replacement of my interior and exterior units and like the work. They went further with cleaning under the interior unit and cleaned the cabinet and grates. My two complaints were i paid for a new pad for the condenser and they used the old one and just put a cap on it without leveling the old one and the new thermostat did not have a bubble level put to it, so it has a slight slant. Not deal breakers and they went above and beyond in other ways. Took about 4 hours from start and was very courteous. Update- The team showed up and did an amazing job the VERY SAME DAY! Looks awesome, appreciate how Ken called me and immediately has his team do a superb job! Looks fantastic! He also took time to answer my questions and now I have the coolest house on the block. Went from 4 stars to 5 and these guys are Highly recommended, Thanks again PB Heating and Air!

I ask if I could leave a msg. She didn't sound thrilled but took my name and #. Haven't heard from anyone. I'm on life support equipment. Guess I fell thru the cracks!!

During the visit, the technician told me that the upstairs unit's blower was going out and was smoking. I called my Home Warranty and they came to check it out so it could be replaced. To our surprise, absolutely NOTHING was wrong with the unit. The technician from PB Heating and Air had unplugged some wires to make the unit inoperable. The technician also did not clean the outside units either. They were full of leaves and debris. I called and reported the technician to PB Heating and Air. They refunded our money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I was so saddened that someone would attempt to defraud us out of hundreds of dollars!!!!
